Her Christmas present that is...
This is the long awaited go cart that we've finally gotten to give to Riley Grace. Her parents were a little slack and waited too late to order it so it wasn't here for Christmas and then she left on the ski trip for the next week... so a week and a half after Christmas she finally got it! Just curious though...who do y'all think looks like he's having as much fun as any kid???
We've talked about how careful we're going to be and how we're going to drive it so safely...etc. You know the spill. Well, Riley Grace got in it with Russell and drove off so cautiously and slowly until...they came around the far corner of the house moving quite a bit faster. Russell had instructed her to "floor board it and lets go!" Our lessons seem to go a long way around here!
She only had about 30 minutes to ride it yesterday so we're waiting on the thick fog to clear so we can get out and have some fun on it today. Its back to school tomorrow:: YUCK!!!!
If you're bored and looking for a little fun, come ride with us... It's a blast!

What fun!!! They sure do seem to be enjoying themselves! Look at those smiles..and I'm sure there are more to come with a wonderful and fun gift as that! Happy early B-Day Riley and Kristen!
I was glad to learn Riley Grace didn't have to go to school today. I told Alan last night that it just wasn't fair that R.G. would get home after dark last night and couldn't ride until this afternoon....and it would probably be raining. I feel better now!!
Don't you know the reason kids today get so many "toys" is for the parents to have an excuse to play.

Love the RG's new ride!!!! Jeremy is already putting in the John Parker needs one for Christmas next year-yeah, right? We know who really wants it! Like Russell, Jeremy would enjoy it even more!!! (I would too!!)
Hope all goes well with your induction. You'll be in our prayers and we look forward to seeing pictures of another one of your beautiful babies on your blog. Maggie Ruth had quite a bit of practice with Sawyer at the blogger party. :) She'll be great!
Is this what it takes for you to finally get a picture of Brother with a smile (with teeth actually showing) on his face!
Glad RG finally got to enjoy the Christmas present...I know Santa had no idea it was going to take soooo long for the gocart to get to the girls!!!
You've got to get Shonna to take pictures and post as soon as he's here!!!
